Jim Strouse is so incredibly to work with and the amount of knowledge and experience he has is so impressive. He isn't someone that is just going to come look around for a second and tell you owe me thousands of dollars, no he takes the time to fully understand what is going on and gives you the right expectations on time and investment. I appreciate Jim's integrity!!!
My water heater stopped working this weekend. I called Jim and he came out first thing Monday morning and was working in less than 30 minutes. Any other plumber would have told me that it needs to be replaced, but Jim fixed it.

Based on the reviews on google I called Strouse Plumbing to have them come to my place and do some work for us. I called and left two messages over two days and never got a call back. So, I can’t comment on the level of work they do but I say if you can’t return a business phone call then I don’t want to give you my business. If they call me back, eventually, and explain why I may adjust my review.
