Jim Strouse is so incredibly to work with and the amount of knowledge and experience he has is so impressive. He isn't someone that is just going to come look around for a second and tell you owe me thousands of dollars, no he takes the time to fully understand what is going on and gives you the right expectations on time and investment. I would like to provide a honest review of Strouse Plumbing's work but unfortunately after two calls and messages left I did not receive a call back. I guess Strouse Plumbing is just so busy that they do not need any additional work.

I appreciate Jim's integrity!!!
My water heater stopped working this weekend. I called Jim and he came out first thing Monday morning and was working in less than 30 minutes. Any other plumber would have told me that it needs to be replaced, but Jim fixed it.
