To be fair, I do know an employee at this dental office, but trying to be as objective as possible. Starting the process as a new patient was easy. There were forms to complete online at my time and pace and have ready prior to my initial appointment. The technician evaluated and performed x-rays with a warm caring attitude. The dentist was extremely pleasant to interact with and did a wonderful job of explaining everything that would happen or what my options were. They were transparent with their prices and were flexible enough to even take care of some issues on my initial appointment which was unexpected yet impressive. Denise provided a thorough terth cleaning with explicit explanations of the intended work she was doing as well as instructions on future care, A+. I rarely write reviews but this visit stood out from a customer service,point of care, and clean caring environment and deserves recognition!!! Def recommend!

Once again Dr Hensley at TrueSmiles Dental came to the rescue and was able to quickly repair a cosmetic issue with my upper partial. He always takes the time to answer my questions and explain each procedure whether is major or minor. What a lifesaver when I needed to travel to another state for a funeral. His staff is always so efficient, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend if you’re looking for Dental care!

This is the nicest dentist office I’ve ever been to. Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Karen at the front desk made check-in easy and pleasant. Michelle took my X-rays and was super friendly and gentle. Denise did my cleaning, by far the most comfortable and gentle cleaning I’ve ever had. Dr. Hensley took his time explaining everything and answering my questions, and came up with a thoughtful plan for my teeth. I truly felt cared for every step of the way. It feels strange saying I look forward to coming to the dentist - but I truly look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

The staff is awesome. Denise and Karen went above and beyond to answer questions and make me feel relaxed. Dr Hensley listened and was very informative. Great Dentist office.
