I called Chad on Monday because we had an accident with our garage door. We needed to have the garage door replaced…or at least the bottom 2 panels. Initially without seeing the garage, Chad immediately started explaining to me that we could possibly save money by repairing the existing door without replacing it. I had to assure him on the phone that it indeed needed replacing. I was appreciative of his trying to save us money. He came out to the house later that day to look at the door and give us an estimate. That same day I had two or three other companies do the same thing. All companies were in the same ball park on price, and honestly, all companies were extremely fair and courteous and giving us estimates. We ultimately selected Chad because they were the only company that had the panels in stock and could do the job just a few days later. They came back on Thursday and replaced our garage panels within a couple hours. The work was done well, his staff was extremely courteous and professional. I couldn’t be more happy with the job, and I could not recommend Veteran Garage Door Repair strongly enough. They were honest, courteous, did great work, and they delivered on exactly what they said they would do.
